August 19th

Breakfast: Banana
Lunch: apple and some cheese and Bacon off ma and dads pizza (just the topping)
Dinner: went to family b-day party and pizza was served, ugg... I ended up just nibbling on the veggi tray. My tummy kinda hurt from pizza cheese from earlier!

I ran 2 miles at the Dam today! Gotta get back on track!

  1. I am surprised you are still alive and able to function, Mariah. Your food was:

    - 2 pieces of fruit
    - bacon pieces
    - vegetable pieces

    So basically, you had about....oh...300 calories for the day, tops!

    I don't claim to be any type of sound nutritionist, but one thing is for certain, "you have to eat to fuel and shape your body."

    Come on now - plan your days better. Make your brother, proud. You know he's watching, as is the rest of us.
