Today I ran 2 miles at the Dam. I as able to pick up the pace a bit. I think that I should add a few more runs into my workout each week, to kick it up a notch.
Breakfast: scrambled eggs w/ green pepper and onion, 2 sausage patties, and about a 1/2 cup of mixed fresh fruit and a slice of melon
Lunch: green pepper, onion, artichoke hearts, and sausage all sauted in a little bit of olive oil.
Dinner: (2) homemade pork tamales ( I couldn't resist...)
Snack: cup of strawberries
