Septmeber 14

Crossfit today was:
Warm-up: 6 50 m. sprints, 30 squats, 30 pushups, cling progression 3,2,1,1,1 (2k kg)
WOD:
2 rounds of 500 m. row and max rep pull-ups (worked in kipping)

Breakfast: coffee, 1/2 cup strawberries, and banana
Lunch: tuna salad w/ garden veggies
Dinner: Steak salad w/ garden veggies

busy day...

    Looks like the diet is starting to take shape. Less cheating and "tasting" each day. Great to see. Keep it up!
