Today was a hectic day. I had Dr. appointments and a grad class. I didn't work out today, and my diet was not the best either!
Breakfast: nothing but cup of coffee
Lunch: 3 scrambled eggs with pepper, mushroom, onion, ham
Dinner:3 scrambled eggs w/spinach, pepper, mushroom, sausage
I really need to go shopping!!
Tomorrow, I will go to Crossfit! I still have a real urge to hit the trails and do some running!!
I have lost 2 pounds though...
